Personal Training sessions at Humble CrossFit offer supplemental instruction to athletes who would like workouts tailored to fit their personal needs and goals.
Whether it is related to strength, weight loss, or skill work, a complementary consolation will be given to ensure that the coach and athlete are working towards the same end result. The client will receive a personalized plan detailing the focus of each session, progress tracking, and nutrition guidance.

Ten Sessions $500
Sessions are one hour long. Payment is due in full upon booking. Personal training schedule is decided between the athlete and coach. Personal training will not be directly related to daily CrossFit classes, but will include a variety of exercises and movements.
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
